I am passionate about the benefits pilates and barre can bring when practised consistently and I am committed to helping you live your best life and change the way you move forever. I offer a range of weekly group mat pilates classes, private 1:1 sessions (mat-based and reformer pilates) and Bootybarre classes in both Colchester and White Colne, Essex.
