BJJ doesn't just make kids work hard physically, but it also requires them to use their brains. Jiu-jitsu is like a game of chess, and children who train understand how to keep calm under pressure and solve the problems they face in logical ways. This can give them better decision making abilities in everyday life!

trial class is free. no need to book, just turn up! watch or take part. waiver just needs to be signed, these are located at the bottom of the stairs. pay as you go and membership options available.
